Fees & Exclusions
- Raffle drums and tickets are non-returnable.
- Any discounts or incentives applied will be deducted from your refund.
- A 15% restocking fee applies, and shipping is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
