We Review Your Certificate

Our team will verify the submitted information and contact you if clarification or an updated document is needed.

Shop Tax Exempt

After approval, sign in and check out using the approved email address so Shopify can apply your tax-exempt customer status.

By submitting this application, you confirm that the information and certificate provided are accurate and authorize National Bingo Online to retain them for tax-exemption review and account administration.

AFTER YOU APPLY

Approval and Future Orders

We will review your submission and update the customer profile associated with your registered email if approved. For future tax-exempt purchases, use that same email address and sign in before checkout. A new certificate may be requested if your document expires or your organization’s information changes.
